EXCELLENT SERVICE! Chuck was patient with my situation in selling my house. The house went officially on the market on a Saturday morning in mid-July. There were 4 showings that day and 4 offers that evening. Chuck reviewed all the offers for me, sent them all to me for review, and gave me his opinion of the best one (he was never pushy). We agreed on accepting one of the early offers, canceled the rest of the showings, and closed on the house 3 weeks later! You can’t beat that!
